CaseIH tractors by drive

CaseIH was created after the Tennaco Corporation, who purchased J.I. Case in 1967, took control of International Harvester's tractor operations in 1985. The two lines were merged and the large IH tractors were dropped in favor of the Case models. In 1999 CaseIH merged with New Holland to form CNH Global. CNH continues to manufacture tractors under the CaseIH brand.
