Turner Manufacturing was an English company that built a range of products during the 20th century. Turner began building diesel engines after World War II and built the Turner Yeoman tractor to utilize their V4 diesel. Tractor production lasted less than ten years, but Turner continued to build engines and other industrial equipment before being sold to Dana in 1978. Caterpillar purchased the transmission division in 1996 and reintroduced the Turner Powertrain brand.
