Four gears (1-4) in three ranges (A-C) with left-hand shuttle lever and push-button underdrive. Gear shifts may be made on the move with the clutch. The tractor must be stopped to shift range. The forward-reverse shuttle, and the push-button underdrive, may be performed on the move without the clutch. Reverse gears operate in underdrive only. Optional creeper doubles the available speeds to 46 forward and 24 reverse.

The 17-speed Range Command transmission was available with 2WD. Six gears (1-6) in three ranges (A-C) with left-hand shuttle lever. Push-button gear shifting on the move. To shift ranges, hold up or down gear shift button while pressing range shift button. Reverse is available in range B only. Optional creeper increases available speeds to 30 forward and 12 in reverse.
