More than ten years after its initial launch, the Fendt 200 Vario series has been completely redesigned for 2021. The smallest series have now embraced the design of the large tractors. Together with a new cab, the intuitive FendtONE operating concept also comes as standard in the Fendt 200 Vario, for easy and comfortable controls. The innovative power-boost concept Fendt DynamicPerformance increases the performance of the top model, Fendt 211 Vario.

The Fendt 200 Vario series includes five models (Fendt 207 Vario, Fendt 208 Vario, Fendt 209 Vario, Fendt 210 Vario, Fendt 211 Vario) with outputs ranging from 79 hp to 124 hp (max. output in accordance with ECE R120). With the DynamicPerformance power boost concept, the Fendt 211 Vario reaches max. 124 hp. All models are available as Power, Profi and Profi+ (formerly ProfiPlus) versions.

The 3-cylinder, 3.3-litre AGCO Power engine meets emissions stage V with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), diesel particulate filter (DPF) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) but without exhaust gas recirculation. There are also maintenance-free hydraulic tappets built into the engine. The Visctronic fan electronically adjusts according to the required cooling capacity. It is quiet and fuel-efficient.

More space with new Fendt comfort cab
The spacious and straightforward cab on the Fendt 200 Vario is higher than its predecessor and offers more headroom. There is a new control console with multifunction joystick for easy and intuitive machine operation.

The FendtONE operating concept includes a new control panel on the side with the multifunction joystick, crossgate lever and optional 12" terminal. The 10" digital dashboard is mounted on the steering column. Its indicators include the driving speed, engine speed and fluid levels. The digital dashboard can be operated via the pushdial on the steering column. Machine settings are clearer and simpler to make.

The Fendt 200 Vario comes with electrical valves as standard, to make everyday working life easier. This means the flow rate can be precisely controlled and time functions easily selected. Settings are straightforward on the 10" digital dashboard or the 12" terminal.

Excellent view of the front loader
A new design of the roof window on the Fendt 200 Vario offers an excellent view of the front loader. The crossbar between the windscreen and the roof window is narrower in the new generation of the 200-series and there is a bigger inspection window. This is particularly helpful for high front loader work, such as storing bales.

Comfort on long working days even with a passenger onboard
Long working days in extreme weather conditions can take their toll on the driver, and now they can store drinks and food in a refrigerated storage compartment. For winter service work there is the new footwell heating system with clever heating concept - ten vents on the steering column, footwell and cab roof increase working comfort. The cushioned passenger seat provides improved seating comfort.

An optional front power lift relief-control system is available for the Fendt 200 Vario. You can finely adjust the field pressure control on the terminal to contour perfectly with the ground. This also reduces feed contamination during mowing work on uneven terrain.

Fendt 200 Vario tractorAn accomplished alpine expert - Fendt 200 Vario Power

Its low centre of gravity, manoeuvrability, infinitely variable Vario gearbox and auto AWD/differential lock make the Fendt 200 Vario Power a specialist for alpine use.

Drivers of the Fendt 200 Vario Power model can enjoy a digital display area for the first time, with the 10" digital dashboard fitted as standard. Store two cruise control speeds on the terminal; maybe one for work use and a second for road transport. You can also store the engine speed for a constant PTO speed, so the hook-up works at its absolute best. The multifunction joystick opens up new control possibilities in the Fendt 200 Vario Power. For the first time, drivers can make engine and gear adjustments using buttons on the joystick. The joystick controls two valves and activates cruise control. The joystick has buttons ready to be assigned to additional controls, like the work lights and engine/gearbox functions.

Compact and uncomplicated - The Fendt 200 Vario Profi
The Fendt 200 Vario Profi comes with the 10" digital dashboard as standard. You can also opt for the 12" terminal on the control panel, to give the driver more display area.

With the standard load-sensing pump (LS) and optional 3L joystick, the Fendt 200 Vario Profi is perfectly equipped for front loader work. The 3L joystick can be used, among other things, to operate the front loader with an integrated directional shift function. No need for repositioning. The new cab with roof window offers an excellent view of the front loader - to make light work of tasks like storing bales. You can also remove the front window to make communication easier in the stables or yard. And with a door on the right and left, you can get in and out on either side.

Fendt 200 Vario Profi+ - rich in intelligence
The Fendt 200 Vario Profi+ offers everything in the way of smart farming with the highest level of driving comfort. In vegetable cultivation, use the 10" digital dashboard and 12" terminal on the side to easily work with ISOBUS-enabled attachments plus lane guidance. The terminal can show various machine actions, ISOBUS functions and lane guidance options. Drivers can adapt the displays to their specific needs. Use Fendt Guide (formerly VarioGuide) to work with centimetre-accuracy with a planter or a hoe, and enjoy a constant overview. In a nursery, Fendt Guide can be used to plant new trees to make the most of the available land.

In addition to Fendt Guide, the Fendt Task Doc (formerly VarioDoc Pro) documentation system is also available on the Fendt 200 Vario Profi+ in the Agronomy module.

Fendt Task Doc makes it easy for the farmer to convert to automatic reporting. This job-specific documentation system includes planning and admin features. This means, in just a few clicks, the farm manager can use the FendtONE offboard app to create jobs in the office or on the move and send them straight to the machine. Added to this, with the onboard function Fendt Task Doc, the operator can process and document jobs on the machine and return them to the office as a job report. From there, you can expand on the job details to show which fields were worked, the output volumes, and more. A map view also gives the farm manager an overview of the selected parameters. Fendt Task Doc saves the farm manager valuable time by easily documenting actions.

Lightweight with added power - the Fendt 211 Vario with Fendt DynamicPerformance

The innovative power-boost concept DynamicPerformance on the Fendt 211 Vario releases up to 10 hp more power on-demand, just when it's needed. DP is not tied to driving speeds or special operational tasks, but works purely dynamically. The system detects when components - such as the PTO, hydraulics, engine fan and air-con - need more power and then provides that added power through smart control.

The DP high performance concept is specially designed for stationary-PTO work on dairy farms, like at the feed mixer. And during transport and field work, DynamicPerformance kicks in when power consumers need a boost. The 10 hp added power of the Fendt 211 Vario is great for farms that need a compact, lightweight and agile tractor, but can also meet greater power demands when needed.

The Fendt 200 Vario is available to order from October 2020, rolling off the production line from end of January 2021.
