General Ordnance farm tractors by power

General Ordnance model G tractorGeneral Ordnance manufactured the Denning-designed tractor under the National Tractor and GO brands. General Ordnance was a munitions manufacturer in Derby, Connecticut. General Ordnance purchased Denning, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1918 and briefly sold it as National Tractor before using the General Ordnance name. Production stopped in 1921 and the firm declared bankruptcy in 1922.
