    New Holland Tractor History

    newholland/gt22-01.jpgNew Holland branded lawn and garden tractors began in 1990, when Ford sold a majority interest in its Ford-New Holland farm machinery line to FIAT. The New Holland brand replaced the Ford brand, and new lines of lawn and garden tractors were built by Toro for New Holland. Production continued until 2009, when New Holland dropped the lawn and garden tractor line (although continuing subcompact tractor and commercial front-mount mower lines).
